We can provide bids for caulking of all plumbing penetrations and areas where outdoor air can infiltrate.

Solar screen

Windows with more than one hour of direct sunlight each day should have solar screens, which will help heat loss in the winter and heat gain in the summer

Thermal Imaging

Thermal imaging is a non-invasive, non destructive technology that uses infrared technology to detect small differences in surface temperature in the scanned areas which allows inspector to identify and precisely locate:

  • Roof leaks
  • Plumbing Leaks
  • Duct leakage
  • Air infiltration from the outside
  • insufficient insulation in walls, floor or ceilings
  • Thermal imaging is recommended with every audit but is not required. This service is available for an additional cost.
